TFT Comps Recommender - Guide

What is this site? 🤔

This website is a tool for Teamfight Tactics (TFT) that helps you find the best team composition in specific situations, especially when you have a 'Trainer Golem' or multiple emblems. It calculates the optimal results by using a 'Simulated Annealing' algorithm to handle complex trait and champion combinations.

How to Use 🧭

1. Select Emblems: Choose 1 to 10 emblems that you currently have or are aiming for.
2. Select Level: Choose your target player level.
3. Adjust Options:
   • Include 4/5-Cost: Decide whether to include high-cost units in the search. (Default: Both ON)
   • Focus Main Trait: Activate the 'prioritize main trait' feature, explained below.
4. Find Comps: Press the button to get recommendations for the optimal Comps composition.

What is the 'Focus Main Trait' option? 💡

In TFT, it is often more powerful to build a Comps around one strong trait rather than activating many different traits at a low level.

• Option OFF (Default): The algorithm freely searches for a 'balanced composition' with the highest number of active traits overall.
• Option ON: The algorithm prioritizes maximizing one of the traits from your selected emblems. Use this when you want to find a strong composition centered around a so-called 'carry trait'.

Turning this option on makes the conditions stricter, so sometimes it may not find a suitable Comps. If that happens, try running it again!
